The Cottonwood Burl came from a storm-damaged
tree in the Sierra Nevada foothills north of Sacramento, California.
This particular piece is as wild as wood gets with
lots of figure and birdseye. The Box Elder Burl comes from a storm-damaged tree that was part of the original trees planted during the Mormon migration to Utah. This particular piece has lots of figure, character and birdseye. |
