Information:
The Buckeye Burl comes from a burl stump found in the southern
Sierra foothills in California. This piece of Buckeye Burl has nice
swirly figure and contrasting colors. The spalt,
present in this piece of wood, created the bluish gray colors that
contrast very well with the yellow color in the Buckeye. The Curly Eucalyptus came from the North Island of New Zealand. This particular piece has real nice 3-D chatoyance and provides great contrast to the Buckeye Burl. |
