The Honey Suckle is from the North Island of New Zealand and is a quartersawn
cut. The New Zealand Honey Suckle is a beautiful wood that is in
high demand and often used for cabinet making and wood turning. This particular piece has
a nice distinctive ray and fleck figure.
The Ironwood comes from a dead tree over 200 years old located in the Sonoran Desert. This piece of Ironwood has both Sapwood and Heartwood which gives the nice two-tone color.
