Information:
The Norfolk Pine comes from a wood turner on the Big Island of
Hawaii. This particular piece has nice color and figure with a few
colorful knots that are characteristc of Norfolk Pine. The Curly Koa came from a guy who supplies AAA Instrument Grade Koa to renowned guitar makers. This wood was harvested on the Big Island in Hawaii from a storm-damaged tree near Hilo. This piece has real nice chatoyance 3-D curls. |
