Information:
The
Redwood Lace Burl came from an abandoned old-growth redwood burl
that was left in an area that was cut for timber many decades ago in
Northern California's redwood country. This particular piece has
several veins and birdseye throughout. The
Box Elder Burl comes from a storm-damaged tree that was part of the
original trees planted during the Mormon migration to Utah. This
particular piece has lots of figure, veins and birdseye
and provides a nice contrast to the Amboyna Burl.
