Information:
The Spalted Maple came from a saw mill in South-Central
Pennsylvania. This particular saw mill owner collects unique primo
one-of-a-kind pieces of wild looking woods for me. This piece of Spalted
Maple has black pen-line spalt.
The Walnut Burl comes from a storm-damaged tree near Dodger Stadium
in Los Angeles, California. This particular piece has lots of figure
and provides a nice contrast to the Spalted Maple.
The
"Oil Field Cable Damascus" is made out of a huge cable
used as rigging in the oil patch of Kansas. This cable is twisted and forged to give a real unique
pattern.
This
folder has a "beefy" heavy duty thicker frame for added strength.
